📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify, recruit, and manage a network of high-performing affiliate partners.
• Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance using tools like Google Analytics and affiliate management platforms.
• Create and distribute promotional materials to affiliates, including banners, text links, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between affiliate marketing efforts and overall business goals.
• Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on affiliate program performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing.
• Conduct training sessions for new affiliates to ensure they understand the program terms and conditions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing affiliate networks.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and affiliate management platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with affiliates.
• Analytical skills to monitor and optimize affiliate program performance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian market trends and consumer behavior.
