📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.,Maintain a positive and productive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.,Work with the management team to ensure a smooth and efficient HR operation.,Handle any HR-related inquiries and provide guidance to employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with performance management and training programs.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
