📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of cashiers, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.,Oversee daily cash handling and banking operations, ensuring accuracy and security.,Train and develop cashier team members to enhance their performance and customer service skills.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure compliance with all company and government regulations related to cash handling and customer service.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.,Participate in inventory management and stock control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in a retail environment.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using cash register systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and customer service best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in retail management are a plus.
