📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.,Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately to the kitchen and bar staff.,Ensure that tables are set, cleared, and maintained in a clean and presentable condition.,Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or complaints promptly.,Work efficiently under pressure to meet service standards and customer expectations.,Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.,Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve service skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant or food service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.,Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
