📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and optimizing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.,Monitor and update supply chain data in the company's inventory management system.,Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders and invoices.,Support the procurement team in negotiating contracts and prices with suppliers.,Conduct regular audits of inventory to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of warehouse records and documents.,Provide support during peak seasons or high-demand periods to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supply chain or procurement role.,Strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well in a team environment and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is required.
