📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
• Coordinate with our logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Use tools like Zendesk and Slack to streamline customer service and internal communication.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and logistics.
• Provide training and support to junior team members as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of our customer service and logistics strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation in Bali.
