📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Provide strategic financial advice to the management team.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the company's cash flow and ensure timely payment of bills and collection of receivables.,Oversee the company's payroll operations and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.,Proficient in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
