PT Mandiri Mahkota is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Learning Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Create and deliver training materials, including presentations, workshops, and online courses.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and design appropriate solutions.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure the successful delivery of training programs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Assist in the development and implementation of the company's learning and development strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.,Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Passionate about learning and development and committed to helping others grow.
