📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pastry department, including production, quality control, and inventory management.,Develop and implement pastry recipes and menus that align with the company's standards and customer preferences.,Train and mentor junior pastry chefs to ensure consistent quality and skill development.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food handling and hygiene standards.,Manage the budget for the pastry department, including purchasing ingredients and maintaining equipment.,Collaborate with the kitchen manager and other departments to ensure seamless food service operations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing a pastry department.,Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and food safety standards.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred.
