JUNCTION Pratama is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Quality Control to join our team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the quality control processes to ensure our products meet the highest standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the quality control processes to ensure products meet the highest standards.,Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.,Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvement initiatives.,Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.,Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.,Provide training and guidance to quality control team members.,Monitor and analyze quality control metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure consistent quality of incoming materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and standards.,Proven track record of successfully implementing quality improvement initiatives.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
