📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with the latest tax regulations.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities.,Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.,Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations, and provide training to the team.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.,Manage and mentor junior tax consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Participate in tax planning and research projects, contributing to the development of innovative tax solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with the last 3 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Professional certification in taxation (e.g., CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is a plus.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
