As a Procurement Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our cafe operates smoothly by managing our supply chain and procurement processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the procurement process from start to finish,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers,Ensure timely delivery of goods and services,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed,Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers,Analyze and report on procurement activities,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices,Excellent communication and negotiation skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus,Familiarity with Indonesian market and regulations
