Hotel Indra Tea is looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Dili. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain guests,Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures,Monitor and control branch finances, including budgeting and financial reporting,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a leadership role,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively,Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences
