CV Mega Karya is looking for a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation that helps our customers understand and use our products effectively. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product teams to ensure that technical documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly technical content.,Edit and proofread technical documents to ensure they are error-free.,Work with designers and developers to create technical diagrams and illustrations.,Provide technical support to customers by answering their questions and resolving their issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
