Tech Express Jaya is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Inventory Staff to join our team in Pontianak. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our inventory system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records, and supporting our operations team with inventory-related tasks.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain the company's inventory system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
  • Perform regular inventory counts and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and take corrective action.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for restocking as needed.
  • Work with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of inventory items.
  • Support the operations team with inventory-related tasks, such as picking and packing orders.
  • Prepare and maintain inventory reports for management.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures and policies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in inventory management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
