📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage payroll processes for Singapore-based employees, including calculations, deductions, and tax filings.
  • Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations and company policies.
  • Process and submit payroll data to relevant authorities on time.
  • Work with HR to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.
  • Maintain and update payroll records and systems.
  • Provide payroll support to employees and managers as needed.
  • Participate in payroll audits and reviews.
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore payroll laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
