📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including assessment, treatment, and monitoring of patients in the ICU or multidisciplinary ward.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician.,Document patient care activities accurately and maintain patient records.,Monitor patient vital signs and respond to any changes or emergencies promptly.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and care plans.,Participate in staff meetings and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Valid nursing license and certification in the relevant country.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in ICU or multidisciplinary ward settings.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
