Duta Lestari Tea is seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers and customers, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods. This position offers a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment in the heart of Parepare, Sulawesi Selatan.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and receipt of inventory.,Work with the sales team to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering procedures to prevent stockouts.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.,Manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records.,Maintain good relationships with vendors and customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Experience with logistics and supply chain operations.,Proven ability to manage a team and improve operational efficiency.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
