📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily dive operations, including dive briefings, equipment checks, and post-dive debriefings.
• Ensure the safety and satisfaction of guests by maintaining high standards of dive service.
• Manage a team of Dive Guides and Instructors, providing training and support as needed.
• Conduct risk assessments and emergency response planning to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Monitor and maintain dive equipment, including tanks, regulators, and buoyancy control devices.
• Collaborate with local conservation efforts to promote sustainable diving practices.
• Develop and implement dive programs and itineraries to enhance guest experiences.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in dive operations, preferably as a Dive Guide or Instructor.
• Advanced Open Water Diver certification or higher from a recognized dive organization, such as PADI or SSI.
• Experience in managing a team of dive professionals.
• Strong knowledge of dive safety regulations and emergency procedures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in sustainable diving practices and conservation efforts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
