📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily financial operations and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial data
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare and present financial data for board meetings and management reviews
- Maintain and update financial systems and software
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial supervision or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
