HR Executive - Human Resources & Payroll Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing using SAP Payroll and other HRIS tools. You will also manage employee relations, handle recruitment and onboarding, and contribute to the development of our HR policies and procedures. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process payroll accurately and timely using SAP Payroll and other HRIS tools
• Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances
• Conduct recruitment and selection for various positions within the company
• Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Assist in the development and implementation of employee training programs
• Maintain and update employee records and files
• Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other HR team members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and payroll administration
• Proven experience with SAP Payroll and other HRIS tools
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluency in English and Indonesian
• Certification in HR or a related field is a plus
