📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the implementation and optimization of MES across various manufacturing sites.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of MES with ERP and SCADA systems.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users to ensure effective utilization of MES.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in MES technology and industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for MES processes and procedures.
• Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of MES projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MES implementation and support.
• Proficiency in MES software such as SAP MII, Rockwell Arena, or similar.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in MES or related fields is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
