In this dynamic role, you’ll handle end-to-end payroll tasks, including data entry, calculations, and disbursements, while adhering to Indonesian labor laws and regulations. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, generating reports, and providing support to our HR team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process payroll for approximately 500 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
Manage end-to-end payroll tasks, including data entry, calculations, and disbursements.
Implement and maintain new payroll systems, such as SAP and Oracle.
Maintain accurate employee records and generate payroll reports.
Provide support to the HR team, including assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll operations.
Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll processes.
