📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously.
- Manage guest reservations and bookings using PMS and CRM systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Assist with room assignments and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate guest records and follow up on guest feedback.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills.
- Promote a welcoming and professional environment for all guests.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in front office or hospitality roles.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of PMS and CRM systems is a plus.
- Customer service certification (e.g., Bellman, Front Office Professional) is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for luxury hospitality and a passion for guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
