As a Culinary Art & Design Staff, you will work closely with our culinary team to develop and execute visually stunning dishes. You will be responsible for designing plates, creating menu concepts, and ensuring that every dish tells a story. Your creativity and attention to detail will be instrumental in elevating our dining experience to new heights.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with chefs to design visually appealing and innovative dishes.
• Create and develop menu concepts that highlight the unique flavors and ingredients of Bali.
• Use industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to design plates and promotional materials.
• Conduct food styling and photography to showcase dishes in the most appealing way.
• Ensure consistency in the visual presentation of dishes across all platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in culinary art and design.
• Assist in the organization of culinary events and pop-up dinners.
• Provide creative input to enhance the overall dining experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Food Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in culinary art and design.
• Proficient in using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous culinary art and design work.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for gastronomy and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with food styling and photography techniques.
