📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously.
• Manage guest reservations and bookings using PMS and CRM systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Assist with room assignments and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate guest records and follow up on guest feedback.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills.
• Promote a welcoming and professional environment for all guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in front office or hospitality roles.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of PMS and CRM systems is a plus.
• Customer service certification (e.g., Bellman, Front Office Professional) is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for luxury hospitality and a passion for guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
