• Develop and implement transformation readiness strategies to ensure seamless GCC transition.
• Conduct thorough assessments and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage and track transformation initiatives using Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools.
• Engage with stakeholders across the organization to align strategies and execute transformation plans effectively.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of transformation projects.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in transformation management.
• Mentor and develop team members to enhance their transformation readiness skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in transformation management, with a proven track record of delivering successful transformations.
• Strong knowledge of transformation methodologies and tools such as ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process, and Lean Six Sigma.
• Certifications in transformation management, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Certified are a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficient in using project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
