Lead and conduct workshops, training sessions, and individual consultations to teach clients about the benefits of essential oils and aromatherapy techniques.,Develop and deliver educational content, including online courses and webinars, to reach a wider audience and share your expertise.,Create and maintain training materials, such as lesson plans, handouts, and resources, to support your teaching and learning objectives.,Collaborate with the Refresh Group team to develop and implement wellness programs that align with our company's mission and values.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the aromatherapy and wellness industry, and incorporate this knowledge into your teaching and training programs.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure the success of our wellness initiatives.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of training and development strategies for the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as aromatherapy, holistic health, or a similar discipline.,Certification as a professional aromatherapist or a related qualification, such as a diploma or advanced certification in aromatherapy.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in the aromatherapy industry, with a focus on teaching and training.,Strong knowledge of essential oils, their properties, and applications, as well as a deep understanding of the benefits of aromatherapy for physical and emotional well-being.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire audiences of all levels of experience.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken, as this is the primary language of instruction for our programs.,Valid work visa for Indonesia, as this is a foreign-based role.
