In this role, you will be responsible for driving the vision and execution of our issuing products, ensuring they meet the needs of our merchants and customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the product vision and strategy for Stripe's issuing products, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution.,Collaborate with merchants, developers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements.,Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business goals, user feedback, and market trends.,Work with engineering teams to ensure that product requirements are translated into technical specifications and delivered on time.,Monitor product performance and iterate based on data and user feedback to continuously improve the product.,Represent the product team in cross-functional meetings and decision-making processes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial services and product management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on financial services or SaaS products.,Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products in a complex environment.,Strong understanding of financial services, particularly card issuing, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.,Familiarity with Stripe's products and services is a plus.
