HR Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) - Bekasi

Nusara Pradipa Partners is seeking a dedicated HR Specialist with Mandarin proficiency to join our team in Bekasi, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. You will use tools like SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office Suite to streamline HR processes and maintain accurate records. With 3-5 years of experience in HR, you'll bring a deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and a passion for creating a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and conflicts in a professional and sensitive manner.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees, helping them grow and develop in their roles.
• Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate records using SAP SuccessFactors.
• Collaborate with management to create and implement HR policies that align with the company's values and goals.
• Support the company's mission to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace, by promoting equality and fairness in all HR practices.
• Use Microsoft Office Suite to create reports, analyze data, and communicate with stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws.
• Proficient in both Indonesian and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with HR software like SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Valid HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR) is a plus.
